Returns and Exchanges

At, we thrive to offer an easier than ever return process. Please email us at with the order ID and the return reason for the return request.

The below are guidelines:

  • The buyer must request a return within 30 days (USA domestic orders) or 45 days (International orders) after the shipped date. No return will be allowed after the above return periods.
  • Each return MUST have a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate the RMA number on the outside of the box that contains the merchandise intended to return.
  • One RMA number can only be issued for one order.
  • When returning the product, we strongly recommend to use the carriers that offer the tracking service. The buyer may also consider insuring the returned item. We will not be responsible for lost shipments.
  • The buyer should secure the returned product to avoid the damage that may void the product's warranty and the RMA policy.
  • The buyer must inform us of any order discrepancy or product damage within 3 business days after the delivery date.
  • All returned products must be in the original condition and include all the original packaging, materials, and accessories. Or no refund may be issued.
  • The shipping fee is non-refundable
  • The return shipping cost is buyer's sole responsibility, unless the return reason is due to our or manufacturer's fault.
  • A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied, unless the return reason is due to our or manufacturer's fault. Please allow up to 7 business days to complete the return process.
